Year 9 Listening test and work for 29th November 2018.

Dear year 9. Watch this video, listen CAREFULLY to the orchestral instruments and complete the worksheets your teacher hands to you.

This is NOT COVER WORK, but work you need to do to develop your aural training, so do read your task carefully and complete it fully. 

I know you can behave immaculately. Students who caused trouble during these lessons will not be allowed on practical once I return.

For 1 I.D point. Watch the videos carefully and silently, complete the comparative sheets as you go along. Each bit is 30 minutes long, so DO NOT leave it until the videos are done.

For 2 I.D points: complete all worksheets. Ensure you have put your name on the sheet. 

Remember: Pitch: High or low

                    Timbre: Tone colour (what type of instrument? Brass/Woodwind/String etc)
